Helping people discover their potential, find clarity and move forward with purpose.
MyLifePath Technologies · Bengaluru, India
For more than 25 years I have worked in enterprise software engineering, quality engineering and product development. That work taught me to look past the surface of a problem, to ask what is really going on, and to build things that hold up in the real world.
It also taught me something that has nothing to do with technology: whether it is a business or a person, progress begins with clarity. Most people are not short of ability. They are short of a clear picture of who they are, what matters to them and what to do next.
That is why I founded MyLifePath Technologies, and why I spend time in conversation with students, parents and young professionals who are standing at a crossroads. The company builds technology. This page is about the part of my work that is simply about people.
A few simple convictions shape every conversation I have.
A fast start in the wrong direction is expensive. A little time spent understanding yourself saves years of second-guessing.
There is no single right career. There is the one that fits your strengths, your values and the life you want to build.
Knowing what energises you, what drains you and what you are afraid of can be practised, and it changes the decisions you make.
A meaningful life still needs a sensible plan. The best guidance respects both the dream and the reality.
Whether you are choosing a path, guiding someone who is, or looking for a speaker, we can start with a simple conversation.
Help exploring strengths, interests and options, so that choices about stream, course and career are made with confidence rather than pressure.
A calm, honest space to talk through your child's future, understand what they may be feeling and support them without adding to the stress.
Perspective from a long career in technology for those early in their journey, deciding on a next step, a change of direction or a first venture.
Conversations for schools, colleges and communities on career clarity, self-awareness and building a purposeful life.
I do not hand out a template. Every conversation follows the person in front of me.
We start by understanding your story: where you are, what you have tried and what is weighing on you.
Thoughtful questions help you see your strengths, values and patterns more clearly than before.
Together we explore the paths that genuinely fit you, and the ones that only look good from outside.
You leave with a clear next step you believe in, not a long list of instructions.
The aim is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you hear yourself clearly.
Choose a conversation that matters to you.
My sessions are designed to be interactive, reflective and practical. They combine knowledge, conversation, self-discovery and experiential exercises to help people gain clarity, understand themselves better and move forward with purpose.
These 2-hour sessions are designed as engaging experiences rather than traditional lectures.
These sessions are educational, reflective and practical. They are not therapy or clinical counselling.
Every meaningful journey begins with a conversation. Our 2-hour Signature Sessions are designed as a starting point. Based on the needs of your students, organisation, community or audience, these conversations can evolve into deeper half-day, full-day or multi-session workshops.
Start with a 2-hour conversation. Go deeper through a workshop.

What matters is that you begin to understand yourself: what you enjoy, what you are good at and what kind of person you want to become. Marks and rankings are one part of the picture, not all of it.
You want the best for your child, and that comes from love. The pressure children feel often comes from wanting to make you proud.
The most helpful thing may be to listen before advising, and to remember that a child who feels understood is far better placed to choose well. I am glad to be a sounding board for you both.
My work is career mentoring, guidance and personal development. It is not clinical or licensed mental-health counselling. If you or someone close to you needs that kind of support, please reach out to a qualified professional.

This line has stayed with me through years of building products and teams. It reminds me to give full attention to the work in front of me, and to let go of the constant anxiety about how it will turn out.
I find the same wisdom useful when talking with young people. Do the honest work of understanding yourself, take the next right step, and trust that a purposeful path is built one step at a time.
No pressure and no sales pitch. Just a conversation about where you are and where you would like to go.
